Biography
A French and Bulgarian national, Lubomira Rochet is a graduate of École normale supérieure and Sciences Po in France, and of the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.

From 2003 to 2007, she was Head of Strategy at Sogeti (Capgemini). In 2008, she moved to Microsoft where she was Head of Innovation and Start-ups in France until 2010. She joined Valtech in 2010 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2012.

Lubomira was Chief Digital Officer and member of the Executive Committee of L’Oréal from 2014 until May 2021.
