Global employee share ownership programme 2014: Result of the 27th capital increase reserved for employees

Societe Generale announces the completion of its 27th capital increase reserved for Group employees.

The offer of the 2014 Global Employee Share Ownership Programme was made from 16 to 30 May 2014 at a subscription price of €35.85 per share, equal to the base price including a 20% discount. The Programme was offered in 58 geographical locations.
This year, more than 35,000 people subscribed to the Programme. In France, nearly 40% of the beneficiaries participated. Outside of France, more than 15% subscribed. The global subscription rate stands at 28% for a total subscription amount of €183.4 million.
