5 papers outlining our commitments
A key player in the positive transformation of the Group, the HR department actively contributes to the implementation of our CSR commitments. As such, the actions of all our HR staff have facilitated the publication of our five Responsible Employer 2021 thematic reports.
Societe Generale’s Responsible Employer commitments take the form of three concrete objectives:
- supporting the transformation of the Bank’s business lines by developing the necessary skills to adapt to changes;
- creating a responsible banking culture founded on common values;
- encouraging staff commitment, a token of performance and cohesion.
In order to meet these objectives, Societe Generale has produced 5 thematic reports which outline the principal indicators of corporate responsibility, and present the initiatives implemented within the Group. Beyond regulatory requirements, the declaration of extra-financial performance and the vigilance plan, these papers serve to highlight our actions and their value to our stakeholders: non-financial rating agencies, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), investors, clients and candidates.
