Biography
A German national, Ingrid-Helen Arnold is graduated with a Master's degree in Economics from the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences (Germany) in 1997. She began her career at SAP SE in 1996 where she held various responsibilities related to innovation and digital transformation. In 2014, she was appointed Chief Information and Business Process Officer and Deputy Member of the SAP Group Executive Committee. From 2016 to April 2021, she served as Chairwoman of the SAP Business Data Network division in Palo Alto (USA) and SAP SE Walldorf (Germany). In 2021, she joined the Südzucker Group as Chief Digital and IT Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of the same group. Since June 2024, she has held the position of Managing Director of KAKO GmbH. From 2019 to 2023, she served as a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee of the Heineken Group. Since 2020, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of the TUI Group.
