The General Management

Serving a sustainable performance

The General Management team currently consists of Chief Executive Officer Slawomir Krupa assisted by a Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Palmieri.

It manages the Company and acts as its representative with third parties. Its mission notably consists in drawing up and executing the strategic plan to strengthen the Group’s long-term performance, with the Executive Committee’s support.

General Management oversees the Company and acts as its representative for third parties. It exercises its authority in accordance with the Company’s purpose and subject to that which the law attributes expressly to the Shareholders’ Meetings and the Board of Directors.

General Management comprises the Chief Executive Officer and four
Deputy Chief Executive Officers. It exercises its authority in a collegial manner, ensuring the overall steering of the Group with the help of specialised committees (for example, the Risk Committee). Each member of the General Management is responsible for the direct supervision of several Business
or Service Units.
