When 80 employees bring the Stade de France to life
On the occasion of the TOP 14 Final, Societe Generale made more than just rugby resonate at the Stade de France. Driven by the commitment of its employees and a strong initiative in favor of inclusion, this edition delivered unique moments, blending collective emotion and innovation, in front of more than 78,000 spectators and millions of television viewers.
Employees take center stage for a moment of collective emotion
For the second consecutive year, the Societe Generale Choir performed on the pitch of the Stade de France, just minutes before kick-off.
Gathered around an original creation by Marion Motin, followed by a performance of La Marseillaise, more than 80 employees proudly represented the Group in a moment that was both solemn and unifying.
This initiative reflects a strong commitment to placing employees at the heart of major partner events, showcasing their engagement and talents, and offering them the opportunity to share unique collective experiences. This highlight allowed the national anthem to resonate throughout the stadium, carried by those who bring the Group to life every day.
A sign language Marseillaise for a more inclusive final
Another standout moment of the final was the broadcast of a unique version of La Marseillaise in French Sign Language (LSF).
For the first time, players from all 14 TOP 14 clubs came together to perform the anthem in sign language, broadcast live during the anthems, both on television (Canal+ and France Télévisions) and on the giant screens of the "Stade de France".
This initiative is part of the continuity of Societe Generale’s actions in favor of accessibility, particularly alongside the French national rugby teams, and reflects a clear ambition: to make sport more inclusive, to enable everyone to fully experience the emotion of rugby, and to help evolve the standards of major sporting events.

A final that goes beyond the game
Through these two initiatives, Societe Generale reaffirms its distinctive position in the world of sport: a commitment that goes beyond sponsorship, creating experiences that bring people together and carry meaning.
On the pitch, the match lived up to expectations: after an intense contest, Stade Toulousain defeated Montpellier Hérault Rugby (28 - 20), securing a fourth consecutive title, a historic achievement.
By combining emotion, commitment and innovation, this TOP 14 Final fully illustrates rugby’s ability to unite both on and off the field.
