Societe Generale was decorated at the Euromoney Awards For Excellence 2018

Societe Generale was again this year awarded several prestigious accolades at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2018 ceremony in London on 11 July.

For the first time, Societe Generale was named Best Bank in Africa in recognition of its ongoing development strategy on that continent.

“We are especially honoured to receive this award as it reflects the strategic commitment by Societe Generale group to the development of Africa's economies. This particularly prestigious accolade recognises the dedication of the group's 11,700 employees in providing quality advice and services on a day-to-day basis to our customers” says Alexandre Maymat, Head of International Retail Banking, Africa, Mediterranean and Overseas
