Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking appoints Pierre-Louis AUZEL as senior banker

Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking announces the appointment of Pierre-Louis Auzel as Senior Banker effective from March 1st 2014.

Based in Paris, he is in charge of the global relationship and strategic advisory for a portfolio of large French corporates.
Prior to this, he was deputy head of Group strategy, in charge of the team dedicated to structuring and negotiating equity and M&A transactions for Societe Generale’s subsidiaries.

Pierre-Louis AUZEL reports to Thierry Aulagnon, Head of Coverage and Investment Banking.
