Societe Generale, founding member of the Grande Ecole du Numérique digital school, has reaffirmed its commitment to digital inclusion by launching, in October 2018, the ITSchool by Societe Generale & Simplon. Digital technology is a lever of professional integration and personal development for jobseekers and Societe Generale staff who want to retrain.
The Grande Ecole du Numérique is a public body for short certified training courses in the digital field. Set up in September 2015, its training programmes are already teaching a large number of people (particularly young people without work experience and those in work but seeking to retrain, among others) to be rapidly operational in jobs using digital technologies.
