Why open the doors to youth?
ALD Automotive, the leading vehicle leasing operation in Europe opened up its Mobility Room near Paris in France to students to increase their awareness of sustainable mobility issues. Societe Generale, founding member of the Grande Ecole du Numérique digital school, has reaffirmed its commitment to digital inclusion by launching, in October 2018, the ITSchool by Societe Generale & Simplon. Digital technology is a lever of professional integration and personal development for jobseekers and Societe Generale staff who want to retrain.
The Grande Ecole du Numérique is a public body for short certified training courses in the digital field. Set up in September 2015, its training programmes are already teaching a large number of people (particularly young people without work experience and those in work but seeking to retrain, among others) to be rapidly operational in jobs using digital technologies.
