The Digital for All programme

At the end of 2014, we launched the Digital for All programme to accelerate our transition to digital. The results to date are impressive: almost 60,000 tablets have been distributed in just six months across 32 countries, more than 8,000 Wi-Fi hotspots have been installed worldwide, over 45,000 employees now have access to the Lync collaborative tool, an “SG” store with 45 apps already published and another 20 or so in the pipeline.

Real digital momentum

These figures are the result of exceptional teamwork between the business lines, the teams involved in the Digital for All roll out and the unwavering support of the over 500 early adopters, who have been real ambassadors for the programme at all levels of the company.

Beyond the actual tools, a real digital momentum is underway within the Group, with various initiatives being launched in all our entities and usages that are developing spontaneously. This momentum has also been noted outside of Societe Generale. For the second year in the row, we have been listed number four in “Les Echos” ranking of the most digitalised CAC40 companies. And in February, we came first in the HR category in the 2016 digital transformation awards organised by the Solutions IT magazine.

In 2016, Digital for All is expanding, and is currently developing the digital experience of users on a daily basis based on three key themes.

Going forward, Digital for All will cover the full scope of our everyday digital solutions; a service offering based on the usages and needs of our employees, developed in partnership with all Group business lines.
