Ready, set, innovate !

The ALD Driver Experience Challenge was launched in November. This on-line competition was launched by ALD Automotive to offer internal teams and external teams (students) to think about developing and adapting innovative solutions to improve the ALD Automotive clients ‘driver experience. More than 230 participants attended the launch in Paris at Ecole 42 or followed it live as it was streamed. Numerous teams from France and abroad notably the United Kingdom, Russia and Brazil, made the trip. Employees, students, mentors and jury got together to talk about the various team's projects. Some of them even had the opportunity to pitch their ideas to the jury to present the proposed concepts and motivate other teams to join the competition. The award ceremony will be in January 2016.

Learning how to manage a budget !

The financial education project aims to raise young people's awareness of the importance of managing their budget and banking tools on a day-to-day basis. Societe Generale staff members visited a number of education and training centres to share their tips on managing a budget.

BRD Romania and young people
