International Retail Banking
Our international retail banking and consumer credit network serves over 18 million individual clients and 13 million insurance clients across 65 countries. In each of these countries, we implement our diversified and well-balanced banking model, while adapting it to the specificities of local markets.
Our Financial Services offering is built on our expertise in three businesses: Insurance, Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management (ALD Automotive), and Vendor and Equipment Finance (Societe Generale Equipment Finance). These specialised businesses complement our diversified and well-balanced banking model, developing strong synergies in the many countries in which we operate.
Societe Generale Securities Services offers a full range of securities services adapted to the latest financial markets and regulatory trends: clearing services, custody and trustee services, retail custody services, liquidity management, fund administration and asset servicing, fund distribution and global issuer services.
For over 20 years, SG Consulting, Societe Generale's in-house consulting firm, has made its expertise available to all of the Group's businesses. Strategic thinking, support missions, group transformation projects in France and around the world, among others, all motivate the team of around one hundred staff.
