
Against the backdrop of the year of Russia in France and France in Russia, the launch of the Russian Careers website required collaboration and team spirit to combine a France-based technical and communication platform with information about the Group’s entities and businesses in Russia.
Aliona Isenko, the Head of Career Management and Talent Acquisition at Rosbank, says the project, launched in November 2009, was a “sprint” as the site was up and running just two months later, in January 2010. “It is vitally important for us to attract the best candidates in the labour market,” says Aliona, “and I believe that this online ‘representative office’ helps create the kind of professional setting expected by young and experienced talents. In Russia, 90% of banking recruitment is done by the Internet and the launch of Societe Generale Careers gives us access to a vast audience across all the regions of the Russian Federation.”
