Hello, my name is Divane Minguenze. For almost four years now, I have been career officer at Société Générale de Banques in Cameroon. As well as my HR activities, I’m also in charge of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Bank in Cameroon.

I've been working for Société Générale for five years, and I've just switched to a new position. From being a Business Advisor, I'm now in charge of a branch of seven people, and I have to say I really like this new role. I still manage a portfolio of professional customers, but in addition I get a chance to share both my hands-on experience and my professional experience of the last ten years with my team, and that's a real pleasure.

At the age of 29 I already have the impression of having been through several careers! Firstly in Romania at the start of my career, where I found myself on the front line. Since then, two years in Paris where I am a senior consultant with SG Consulting.
